Where We Came From
Originally founded as RFE Distribution, HisWay manufacturing started 17 years ago with a simple frustration: contractors were losing days — sometimes weeks — waiting on hydraulic parts from equipment dealers and parts suppliers who didn't understand the urgency of a machine sitting idle on a job site. Now operating as HisWay Construction Parts, Our founder Brook Hale, a former Caterpillar and John Deere dealer parts manager, decided to build something better.
We started small, stocking the parts that kept breaking down on real job sites, mines and Quarries. We learned the machines, learned the failure points, and built relationships with manufacturers and customers who shared our commitment to quality and cost efficiency. Today, HisWay Construction Parts supplies over 18,000 parts across every major category throughout the USA and Canada — and we still answer the phone like it's day one.
